Flood Safe Columbia River is an initiative to raise awareness about the flood protection system along the Columbia River, growing flood risks, and what we can do about it.  This initiative includes local agencies, businesses, and community groups who are committed to upgrading and improving our aged flood safety system and to prepare for extreme weather events in a changing climate.
